Through strong spiritual and strategic leadership, the Metro Director equips staff and volunteers to become disciples who make disciples, ensuring FCA’s mission, vision, and values are carried out with excellence across every sports environment.

The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values.

The Basketball Director advances FCA’s ministry across the Greater Seattle area by developing basketball environments through prayer, relationships, and strategic partnerships with local schools and churches. This role works under the Greater Seattle Director to lead clubs, teams, and clinics while equipping coaches, athletes, and volunteers to become disciples who make disciples. Working in alignment with area leadership, the Basketball Director executes a ministry plan that upholds FCA’s mission, vision, values, and biblical standards.
