Multi-Area Director
Tim joined FCA in June 2024, as the Greater Seattle Director. He oversees FCA ministry in King and Snohomish Counties, building a team of leaders passionate about pouring into athletes and coaches. His role focuses on revitalizing FCA’s presence across the Puget Sound region and leveraging the power of sports to share the Gospel.
Tim grew up in Edmonds, Washington, and played collegiate basketball at The Master’s University in California, where sports ministry shaped his future direction. Over the past 30 years, God has called Tim to be a “faithful presence” in Seattle. Through roles as pastor, church planter, nonprofit leader, and chaplain, he has shared God’s love in one of the nation’s most spiritually challenging regions. His chaplaincy with the Seattle Mariners and Sounders revealed athletics as a vital avenue for discipleship, offering a unique platform to walk alongside athletes and coaches in their faith journeys.
Tim is passionate about the transformative power of a God-given identity, especially in today’s sports-saturated culture. His favorite moments involve using athletics to showcase the Kingdom of God and leading others to discover their identity in Christ.
A favorite sports memory for Tim is his time as a collegiate basketball player, where he learned discipline and teamwork that now guide his ministry. He leans on the principle of being a “faithful presence” in all circumstances, trusting God to use every moment for His glory.
Tim invites others to support FCA through their time, talent, or treasure. Opportunities include volunteering, starting a huddle, giving to the ministry, or joining in prayer.

Administrative Assistant to Collegiate Director
Becky joined FCA in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant to support JJ Breilh, the collegiate director. She assists with event planning, ministry coordination, fundraising, and administrative tasks to help FCA’s collegiate programs run smoothly.
Before joining FCA, Becky spent over 20 years teaching in private Christian schools. Seeking a change, she felt led by God to pursue a role as an administrative assistant and found this calling through the opportunity at FCA, combining her passion for sports and ministry.
Becky’s love for volleyball began in fourth grade when she fell in love with the sport while watching the Summer Olympics. She played volleyball for 30 years and coached young players after college. One of her fondest memories as a coach was leading her team in prayer before games and after practices.
Becky was also deeply influenced by her elementary school principal, Mr. Brosz, who supported her in basketball practice. His selflessness inspired her to adopt a similar coaching approach.
Becky’s ministry can be supported through prayer for her work with JJ and financial support for JJ’s efforts with student athletes.
